On the ground floor there is a kitchen, fully equipped for commercial use. It features an electric range cooker, with six hobs and a double-sized oven, a microwave, small fridge, double sink, dishwasher, immersion heater for large quantities of hot water, and hot cupboard. There is also a supply of pots, pans, roasting dishes, baking trays and kitchen utensils, together with crockery and cutlery. There is a separate sink and hand drier for hand washing.

On the first floor there is a smaller kitchen with a cooker with four hobs, grill and oven, a small fridge, double sink, an immersion water heater, and a limited supply of crockery and cutlery.
